Product Description and Struture
Baking Painting Loop Tie Wire is bent from Q195 low carbon annealed steel wire and covered with high-temperature baked paint. The ultra-thin coating does not increase wire outer diameter, available in various colors. Smooth surface avoids scratching sacks, no zinc dust contamination. More cost-effective than PVC coated wire. Suitable for dry indoor packing and gardening tying. Not recommended for long-term humid outdoor use.

By applying paint to the metal surface and baking it at high temperature, a bright, durable, and non-peeling colored protective layer is formed.
